Walk The Walls Walk

This walk on the leafy south side of Lymington has an architectural theme – find out about the old town walls, Denis Wheatley’s wall, and the famous Lymington Crinkle-Crankle walls.

Behind one old garden wall foreign soldiers drilled at a time when the military outnumbered the local citizens. In the road outside they formed up with bayonets drawn intent on doing battle with their rivals.

This walk starts in the High Street at the War Memorial outside St. Thomas's Church and ends on the Town Quay.
